I’m a storyteller and intuitive guide born and raised in Southern California.
My journey began in the world of film and television, where I am grateful to have contributed to projects that premiered at Sundance, Tribeca, Toronto, and Cannes.

Alongside filmmaking, I’ve spent the last two decades diving into intuitive healing, energy work, and spiritual studies — from yoga and meditation in India, to sitting with healers in Bali, to learning from master teachers across multiple modalities.

In 2022, I followed a long-held vision and founded a regenerative ranch — a sacred space for community to slow down, connect more deeply with themselves, one another, and the land.
